Ecuadorable is a tour operator that organizes exclusive tours around Ecuador. Its main office is located at Guayaquil , Ecuador.

How to make a reservation
To make your reservation, please write to ECUADORABLE'S Representant (Maria Elena Garcia) at ecuadorabletours@yahoo.com. You will receive a PreReservation Form.

Payment should be done with check payable to "MARIA ELENA GARCIA" in the back part it should say " For deposit only / Maria Elena Garcia / account # 181274220 " to the following address :

Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by ECUADORABLE. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation Form. It describes the services included in the program.

Registration and Payment Schedule
For our programs, a deposit of $600 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made withing 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation received by ECUADORABLE 60 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a $200 per person/per tour cancellation fee; 59 - 40 days, will be subject to 20% of the program price; 39 - 30 days will be subject to 50% of program price and 29 days or less will be subject to 100% of program price.

Included in the Programs
Our tour includes all the acommodations, transportation, arrival and departure transfers, fully guided sightseeing, meals as specified and activities as noted in the itinerary;

Not Included in the Programs
Gratuities are not included in the program price and are at the discretion of the traveller.
Travel Insurance. Beverages and food not on the regular table menu. Sightseeing not included in the itinerary. Personal expenses such as laundry, mini bar, communication charges and optional activities.
Passports. Vaccinations. Excess baggage fees. All other items of personal nature.

Itineraries Acommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circmstances or circumstances beyond ECUADORABLE's control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

Prices and Arrangements are based on current tariffs and taxes as of June 2005. ECUADORABLE reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes.

Travelers who need special assistance
You must report any disability requiring special attention to ECUADORABLE at the time the reservation is made. ECUADORABLE will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so. Be aware that outside the U.S. the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities for disabled individuals are limited.

 

On specified itineraries some active elements are incorporated into the tour. To enjoy the tour as intended a minimum level of fitness is required to participate. Activities during the tour could include (but are not limited to) hiking, off road walking, hight altitude activity, white water rafting, and horseback riding.

Baggage
Due to limited coach capacity, the baggage should have dimensions not exceeding 30'' x 21''x 11''.

Travel Insurance
which provides cancellation coverage, medical coverage and protection against any lost or damaged luggage, is not included in the tour price and it is strongly recommended.

Photography During Travel
ECUADORABLE reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with ECUADORABLE, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to please let the tour guide know at the beginning of their program.

Limits on ECUADORABLE 's Resposability
ECUADORABLE S.A., its employees, sharesholders, directors, agents and assigns (collectively ECUADORABLE) is responsible to yo in making arrangements for the vacation services offered in the Programs, including transportation, sightseeing, and accomodations. It purchases transportation, hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result ECUADORABLE is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

In addition and without limitation, ECUADORABLE is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal activities of any kind, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here. These include, but are not limited to, risks of high - altitude activities, white water rafting, kayaking, and rafting (for example dangers of rapidly moving water, rocks and other submerged objects, hypothermia, etc), horseback riding, (for example, unpredictable behavior by the horses being spooked, etc) hiking, and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.
It is the responsibility of the Traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U.S. Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov/ or by phone at 1 - 888 - 407 - 4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location (s) of the trip, should The Traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, The Traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.

PAYMENT OF THE PROGRAM PRICE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN.
